About Christoph

Christoph Mueller is a self-taught photographer based in Sydney, Australia.

Christoph grew up in Austria then migrated to Australia after completing a business degree in Vienna. His interest in photography began when he was given a camera as a teenager.  Soon he set up his own darkroom and developed black and white prints. He never lost his interest in photography while pursuing a career in IT.

Christoph joined the Northside Creative Photography club 2009.  He was encouraged to explore photographic possibilities further. Positive feedback and awards from the club, at photo competitions and on photographic internet sites have encouraged him to take the next step and mount his first public exhibition in late 2012.
